Terms of Service

Press provides PR tools for agencies and freelancers. Our tools help you find syndicated coverage across publisher networks, extract journalist contact information from articles, and analyse media data.

We are continually developing and improving our tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will do our best to give you notice of significant changes.

You need an account to use Press. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, as anyone with access to your email can sign into your Press account.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are not transferable. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

Press uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. You receive free credits when you sign up, and can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Each tool uses a set number of credits per action.

Credits never expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account until you use them.

Credits are non-refundable. All credit purchases are final. Because credits are consumed immediately when used and never expire, we do not offer refunds on purchased credits.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Use Press for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from Press using automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Share your account or allow others to use your account
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Press or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the journalist contact information obtained through Press to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

The data provided through Press (including domain metrics, publisher network information, and journalist data) is compiled and maintained by Sabot Ltd. This data remains our intellectual property.

You may use the results from your searches for your own professional purposes, including client reporting and internal analysis. You may not bulk export, republish, or resell our underlying data.

Any content, designs, code, and branding on Press are owned by Sabot Ltd. All rights reserved.

We work hard to keep our data accurate and our service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that results will always be complete or error-free. Media data changes frequently, and there may be delays between real-world changes and our database.

Press is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free from bugs or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabot Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Press. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to Press is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using Press at any time. If you want your account and data deleted, email us at hello@wearesabot.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or if we need to discontinue the service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused purchased credits.
